An Austrian teen still very much on Facebook I'm shocked too wasn't about to let her evil, and not to mention inconsiderate, parents get away with posting embarrassing photos of her on the social media site—so she sued them. And with that the Austrian teen has managed to one up the teenager who sued her parents for her college tuition. The teen, perhaps so embarrassed over the end of her social life, and not about suing the people who gave her life, has only been identified as being years-old reported The Local Austria. But before you think she's heartless she did try to do things the easy way asking her parents to take the photos down resorting to the lawsuit when they didn't comply. Michael Rami, the lawyer for the teen, said they could win the case if it's proven the photos "violated her rights to a personal life" The Local Austria wrote. The teen's dad however thinks he's within his rights to publish the photos since he took them. Rami also said should the teen win the case her parents will have to cough up some cash and pay for their ungrateful daughter's legal fees.
